Yes, our cookies contain nuts (such as macadamia, cashew, almond and hazelnut).

They may also contain traces of milk, peanuts, sesame seeds and other nuts due to cross-contamination at our suppliers.

Because our cookies contain no preservatives, they are best stored in the refrigerator.

Our cookies are packaged in a protective atmosphere (MAP) to preserve their quality as well as possible until opening. Once opened, this protective effect no longer applies and we recommend keeping the cookies refrigerated.

You will find the best-before date on the packaging. After opening, the cookies will keep for up to 5 days when refrigerated. Make sure they remain well sealed, preferably in their original packaging.

In sealed packaging, our cookies keep for up to 15 days in the refrigerator.

Once opened, we recommend consuming them within 5 days. Outside the refrigerator, shelf life is limited.

Yes, absolutely.

Before freezing, briefly open the packaging to allow it to air. Then reseal it properly and place it in the freezer. This way, the cookies will keep for approximately 1.5 months.

To defrost, simply leave the cookies at room temperature for a few hours. Once thawed, store them in the refrigerator again.

MAP stands for Modified Atmosphere Packaging. This means the atmosphere inside the packaging is adjusted to help preserve the quality of the cookies for longer.

This is done without the use of preservatives. The packaging helps maintain the cookies’ freshness and texture as well as possible until opening.

Our cookies are ordered in boxes of 6, with each flavour selected in pairs of 2.

Looking for more variety? You can choose a box of 8 cookies (4 flavours) or combine different boxes to create your own selection with ease.

As we work with advance payment and an automated ordering process, it is not possible to place an order by phone.

Yes, all prices on our website include VAT, in accordance with Belgian VAT regulations.

As we do not work with stock, everything is prepared fresh to order. During checkout, you can easily select a collection time that suits you.

If you’re unable to arrive on time, we’ll keep your order refrigerated for you.

Shipping costs depend on your order and delivery region.

The exact price is clearly shown at checkout, so there are no surprises.

We bake and ship our cookies from Tuesday through Thursday.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are generally processed on the next business day. Orders placed from Thursday through Sunday are processed from Tuesday onwards.

In most cases, you will receive your order the day after shipment.

During official public holidays and in exceptional circumstances, processing and delivery may take slightly longer, as we rely on external transport partners.

Example:
Order before 2:00 pm on Monday and your cookies will be baked and dispatched on Tuesday.
Order after 2:00 pm on Monday and your cookies will be baked and dispatched on Wednesday.

We deliberately work with a shipping date, as delivery depends on the carrier.

This allows us to guarantee when your cookies are freshly baked and dispatched. In most cases, delivery follows the next day.

We recommend ensuring that someone is available at the time of delivery.

As our cookies are fresh and delicate products, we cannot guarantee that their quality will be preserved if a parcel is left unattended (for example in direct sunlight, rain, or other weather conditions).

If a delivery is left at an unattended location, the risk lies with the recipient.

If you are unable to be present yourself, we kindly ask that you choose a delivery address where someone can receive the parcel and store it appropriately upon arrival (preferably refrigerated).

We do our best to process and ship your order within the indicated timeframe.

Delivery is handled by external transport partners. In exceptional cases, delays may occur that are beyond our direct control.

At the moment, we only ship within Belgium. As our cookies are fresh products and we want to guarantee the highest possible quality, we currently limit shipping to regions where we can ensure reliable and fast delivery.

As our cookies are fresh, perishable products without preservatives, we are unable to accept returns.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Due to the nature of our product, we can only assess such cases properly within this timeframe. Refunds are not possible. By placing your order, you agree to these conditions.
